Private Managed Storage Services

Get off the Cloud and take control of your data!

Offsite Synced Managed Storage

We architect and operate dedicated storage systems using enterprise-grade hardware and hardened Linux-based platforms.

Since 2002 CyberTech Data Solutions has delivered private, fully managed storage infrastructure engineered for organizations that require high availability, data integrity, and strict control over data ownership. Our platforms are designed to eliminate dependence on public cloud providers, multi-tenant environments, and opaque third-party access models.

Storage is provisioned with redundancy at the disk, node, and location level, ensuring continuity in the event of hardware failure, data corruption, or localized outages. Systems are continuously monitored, logged, and maintained to meet operational and security requirements.

Our managed storage environments incorporate defense-in-depth security controls, including access isolation, role-based permissions, encryption at rest and in transit, network segmentation, and strict administrative boundaries. Data access is limited to authorized entities only, and management actions are auditable by design. We minimize exposed services and reduce attack surfaces to mitigate risks such as ransomware, credential compromise, and unauthorized data access.

Backup and recovery are treated as core infrastructure, not optional add-ons. Data is backed up using verified, versioned processes and stored in physically and logically separate environments. Recovery workflows are tested and documented to ensure data can be restored reliably when needed—not merely assumed to exist.

We’re well-suited for organizations managing sensitive records, operational datasets, intellectual property, and compliance-driven workloads. We support off-site replication, long-term retention, and controlled data migration for businesses transitioning away from public cloud storage or consolidating fragmented backup systems.

We do not monetize data, perform analytics on stored content, or resell access. Data remains the property of the client at all times. Our role is to operate resilient storage infrastructure—not to extract value from the data it contains.

When data availability, integrity, and sovereignty matter, we provide storage built as infrastructure—transparent, controlled, and engineered to last.

1.Data lives on dedicated infrastructure

If something goes wrong, you’re not dealing with an automated chat bot or a locked account notice. You’re dealing with a system designed for recovery and a provider who knows your environment.

2. Goodbye, human error

Your data lives on dedicated infrastructure, not a shared pool. It’s stored in our data lab, backed up to a physically separate off-site location, and synchronized using proven tools like rsync—technology that’s boring, reliable, and trusted across the industry for decades.

3. Sync happens deliberately, not magically

In business use, the cloud is typically used for file storage, collaboration, backups, and application hosting. It’s popular because it appears simple: sign up, upload files, and stop thinking about hardware. For startups and short-term projects, that trade off can make sense. But convenience comes with costs that aren’t always obvious.

Off-Site Managed Backup & Disaster Recovery

Clients don’t want “the cloud,” they want their files, available when needed, without mystery owners.

Automated rsync-based backups to a physically separate location, monitored, tested, and recoverable.

Storage + backups + controlled remote access into one promise: the business keeps running.

Proven tools—secure file browsers, rsync-based synchronization, and physically separate off-site storage—managed by humans who answer the phone.

Our Clients Trust Us

Designed for real-world problems: power outages, hardware failures, ransomware incidents, remote access needs, and business continuity.
